Schools participating in the LA GATOR Scholarship Program can view and download tuition payout information directly from the Odyssey School Portal.
The Tuition Payouts section allows you to review payment batches, see which students are included in each payout, and download payment records for your school.
Step 1: View Your Tuition Payouts
- Log in to the Odyssey School Portal.
- Select Tuition Payouts from the left sidebar.
- Review the list of tuition payout batches for your school.
Each payout batch includes the following information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Tuition Batch ID | A unique identifier for the payment batch |
| Initiated Date | The date the payout was initiated |
| Status | The current status of the payout |
| Payouts | The number of individual tuition payments included |
| Total | The total amount of the payout batch |
If you manage multiple schools, use the School dropdown to filter payouts by school.
Step 2: View the Students Included in a Payout
Each tuition payout batch may contain payments for one or more students.
To review the details:
- Select the Tuition Batch ID for the payout you want to review.
- Review the batch summary, including the total amount, initiated date, and number of tuition payouts.
- Scroll to the student payment details.
The payout details include:
- Enrollment ID
- Student's first and last name
- Tuition Payout ID
- Tuition Batch ID
- Individual payment amount
You can also use the search field to find a specific enrollment, student, or payout ID.
This information can help your school match tuition payments to individual student records.
Step 3: Download Tuition Payout Reports
You can download tuition payout information as a CSV file for your school's records.
Download a Specific Payout
- Open Tuition Payouts.
- Find the payout batch you want to download.
- Select the Download icon next to the batch.
You can also open the batch and select Download CSV in the upper-right corner.
Download All Payout Records
- Open Tuition Payouts.
- Select Download All in the upper-right corner.
The downloaded CSV files can help your school review payments and reconcile tuition records.
Accessing Previous Payment Records
Tuition payment information from before the October 14, 2026, portal transition will remain available in your existing Stripe portal.
New tuition payout information will be available directly in the Odyssey School Portal.
