Beginning October 14, 2026, Louisiana schools participating in the LA GATOR Scholarship Program will have access to an updated Odyssey School Portal.

The new portal offers easier navigation, improved access to tuition payment information, and new tools for managing your school.

How to Access the New School Portal

Starting October 14, schools will use the new portal to manage their students and tuition information.

1. Check your email for an invitation from Odyssey on October 14.
2. Open the invitation and follow the instructions to activate your account.
3. Visit the Odyssey School Portal to log in.
4. Once logged in, you can begin using the updated portal.

If your invitation link expires, you can reset your password on the new portal to access your account. Invitation links expire after seven days.

For your security, Odyssey will never ask you to share your password or password reset code.

What's New?

Easier Navigation

The updated portal has a cleaner layout, faster loading times, and improved navigation.

You can access the main features from the left sidebar, including:

• Dashboard: Access your school's main portal dashboard.
• Student Enrollments & Fees: Review student enrollments, verify students, and manage tuition.
• Tuition Payouts: View tuition payment batches and payment details.
• Refunds: Access the Refunds section.
• Manage Users: Manage user access and permissions for your schools.

Tuition Payments in One Place

You can now view tuition payout information directly in the Odyssey School Portal without needing to visit Stripe for new payments.

Select Tuition Payouts to view payment batches, review the students included in each payout, and download payment reports.

Payment information from before October 14 will remain available in your existing Stripe portal.

Manage Multiple Schools

School administrators who manage more than one school can now access and manage their schools from the same portal.

In Manage Users, you can view users associated with each school, manage their access, and invite additional users.

Updated Student Enrollment CSV

The student enrollment CSV now includes a Public School ID column.

This unique identifier stays with each student throughout Odyssey, regardless of their enrollment status. It helps schools track and match student records across their programs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my existing student information transfer?

Yes. Your student records and banking information will automatically transfer to the new portal.

What happens to pending enrollments and tuition confirmations?

Pending enrollment verifications, invitations, and tuition confirmations will carry over with their existing statuses.

Can I still access Stripe?

Yes. You can continue using Stripe to view payment records from before the transition. New tuition payment information will be available directly in the Odyssey School Portal.

Can I access the previous school portal?

No. The previous portal will no longer be available after the transition. Your historical school data will be available in the new portal.

Will this change affect families?

No. This update only affects the school portal. Families will continue using their existing Odyssey Parent Portal.

Will there be any downtime?

No downtime is expected during the transition.
