This article is intended to explain how LA GATOR schools can report five (5) or more unexcused absences of a participating student within one semester.
To report these students, you must complete the following form: https://withodyssey.typeform.com/Absences.
You'll be prompted to provide the following student information:
- Student's first and last name
- Parent name
- Parent email
- Student's application status
- Student's enrollment ID (This can be found under the student's name in the Odyssey School Portal)
- Number of unexcused absences within one semester (Must be five or more)
Where to Find the Required Student Information
- Log in to your Odyssey School Account.
- Search for the student you're interested in.
- Locate and copy the required information.
- You can also access this information by clicking [Download Enrollment CSV].
- Once you have the CSV, search for and copy the required information.
