This article outlines the different ways you can verify whether a student’s quarterly tuition payment has been received.
There are two primary places you can check for payment confirmation: your Odyssey School Account and your Stripe Account.
Odyssey School Account
Verifying Individual Students
- Log in to your Odyssey School Account.
- If you're a returning school, ensure you've selected the correct program year by using the program year filter at the top.

On the homepage, click [Accept Students], or expand the sidebar on the left and select [Student Enrollment & Fees].
- Select the filter for the quarter you're searching for. In this case, we will click [Q2 Paid].
- Scroll through the list to locate the student, or enter their information in the search bar and press Enter.
- Once you've located the student, click on the arrow on the right side to see more details.
- Review the information in the Payment Details section.
NOTE: Funded families have flexibility in how and when tuition payments are submitted throughout the year. As a result, payments may sometimes be applied in a different quarter than originally expected. For example, a family may submit both Q1 and Q2 tuition amounts during Q2. In these cases, the “Q1 Paid” field may not fully reflect the total paid, while the “Q2 Paid” field may include combined amounts. When reviewing balances, please calculate using the total paid across all quarters rather than relying solely on the quarter labels. You may review the Payment Summary and Total Paid to Date.
Verifying Students in Bulk
- Log in to your Odyssey School Account.
- If you're a returning school, ensure you've selected the correct program year by using the program year filter at the top.

On the homepage, click [Accept Students], or expand the sidebar on the left and select [Student Enrollment & Fees].
- Select the filter for the quarter you're searching for. In this case, we will click [Q2 Paid].
- Click [Download Enrollment CSV].
- Review the information available.
- You will be able to see information for each student, including the quarterly payment amount, quarterly payment date, and total paid to date.

Stripe
Verifying through the Transactions Tab
- Log into your Stripe Account.
- Click on [Transactions] in the left side menu.
- Select [Payments] so that you can see all of the payments you have received.
- Click on the transaction you're interested in. Once selected, you’ll see detailed information on the left side, including the enrollment ID, student name, and tuition payment ID. You’ll also be able to view the payment date and tuition amount.
OR -
Download all payments in bulk by clicking [Export] and selecting the specific timeframe you're interested in seeing. You'll be able to see information such as payment amount, enrollment ID, student name, and tuition payment ID for all transactions.
Example of an exported sheet:
- Click on the transaction you're interested in. Once selected, you’ll see detailed information on the left side, including the enrollment ID, student name, and tuition payment ID. You’ll also be able to view the payment date and tuition amount.
- If you desire, you can compare the students found on Stripe with the students in your Odyssey School Account.
Searching for Individual Students
- Log into your Stripe Account.
- In the search bar, place the student's name or their enrollment ID.
- The enrollment ID can be found in your Odyssey School Account under the student's name or in the CSV you can download.

- If funds have been transferred for that student, you'll see their transaction and will be able to click on it to see details such as tuition amount, payment date, student name, enrollment ID, and tuition payment ID.
