This article explains how schools can update their student roster in Odyssey when a student has withdrawn or did not attend their school.
Schools can flag a student who has withdrawn or never attended after the student’s enrollment request has been verified. Updating the student’s enrollment status removes the student from the school’s Odyssey roster and helps keep enrollment records accurate.
Schools should review their student rosters in Odyssey regularly and update a student’s status when the student is no longer enrolled at the school.
When Should You Update a Student’s Status?
You should update a student’s status if:
- The student withdrew from your school.
- The student never attended your school.
- The student is otherwise no longer enrolled at your school.
Please note: You may not be able to update a student’s status if you previously denied their enrollment request, their enrollment is inactive, or their enrollment information has changed.
