This article is meant for Iowa schools to understand how to add additional administrative users onto their school's account.
As this program has sensitive information, users must refrain from using personal emails. Access is limited to school-regulated emails.
Please note: The first administrator (original point of contact) is the only user authorized to add additional administrative users.
Step 1: Click [Add Additional Users] tab at the very bottom-left of the screen
Step 2: Enter the information of the administrator
Step 3: Click [Create User]
Step 4: Once added, the individual will be notified that the user was sent to Odyssey for approval.
Step 5: Odyssey will approve additional users.
