The bulk upload option allows vendors and service providers to add multiple Marketplace offerings at once instead of creating each offering individually.
Before you begin, review the requirements for products and services offered through the Marketplace. General Requirements for Service and Product Offerings
Download the CSV Templates
Log in to your Odyssey Vendor Portal.
Go to Offerings.
Download the CSV Template.
Open the template and add the products or services you want to upload.
Complete Your Offering Information
Add each new product or service as a separate row in the CSV Template.
Complete all required fields for each offering. Make sure:
Each offering has a unique SKU.
Marketplace categories are entered correctly.
Prices and quantities are entered correctly.
URLs are complete and properly formatted.
All required fields are complete.
⚠️ Important: Do not change, remove, or rename the column headers in the template. Incorrect headers may prevent the file from uploading successfully.
Uploading Products With Variants
If a product is available in different options, such as size or color, you'll also need to use the Variant CSV Template.
Products with variants require additional setup, including connecting each variant to the main product and assigning unique SKUs.

Review Your CSV File
Before uploading, review your file for common errors.
Check that:
Column headers have not been changed.
All required fields are complete.
Each offering has a unique SKU.
Categories match the available Marketplace categories.
Prices and quantities are entered correctly.
URLs are properly formatted.
💡 Note: If you're uploading a large number of offerings, consider testing the process with a few rows first. This can help you identify formatting issues before uploading the full file.
Upload Your CSV File
Once your file is ready:
Return to Offerings in the Odyssey Vendor Portal.
Select Upload CSV.
Upload your completed CSV file.
Review the information before completing the upload.
If you're uploading products with variants, follow the variant upload instructions for the additional file required.
How to Add Product Variants to Marketplace Offerings
Fix Upload Errors
If your file cannot be processed, review the error message to identify what needs to be corrected.
Make the necessary changes to your file, save it, and try the upload again.

Updating Existing Offerings
If you need to change information for products or services that already exist in your inventory, use the update process instead.
