You can add products and services individually through the Odyssey Vendor Portal. If you need to add multiple offerings at once, you can use the bulk upload option instead. See: How to Upload Multiple Offerings at Once
💡Note: Before you begin, review the General Requirements for Service and Product Offerings. Requirements for eligible products and services may vary by state program.
Start a New Offering
Log in to your Odyssey Vendor Portal.
From your Vendor Dashboard, select Offerings.
Select New Offer.
Choose Service or Product under Type of Marketplace Offering.
Enter a clear, descriptive name for your offering.
For example, use “8th Grade Math Tutoring – 6-Week Bundle” instead of “Tutoring.”
⚠️ Important: Do not use tuition-related wording for Marketplace offerings. Tuition is handled separately and cannot be offered through the Odyssey Marketplace.
Enter Your Offering Details
Complete the information for your product or service, including:
Item SKU: Enter a unique SKU for the offering.
Product URL: Add a link to the product or service, if applicable.
Marketplace Category: Select the category that best matches your offering.
Description: Clearly explain what the customer will receive.
For services, include relevant details such as whether the service is in person or virtual, location, number and length of sessions, included materials, and any prerequisites.
💡 Note: An external product URL does not replace the Marketplace checkout process. Families purchase eligible offerings through the Odyssey Marketplace.
Add Product Variants
If a product is available in different options, such as size or color, add the available variants to the offering.
Each variant should have its own unique SKU so it can be identified and managed separately.
💡 Note: You only need variants when customers can choose between different versions of the same product. If your product does not have different options, you can continue without adding variants.
Set Your Price and Stock Quantity
Enter the full price the customer will pay for the offering.
The listed price should include applicable costs such as shipping or materials. Do not add separate shipping charges after an order is placed.
Enter the quantity currently available.
⚠️ Important: If the stock quantity is set to 0, the offering will not be visible in the Marketplace.

Add Images and Media
Add at least one image that clearly represents your offering. You can add up to three images and, when applicable, a YouTube or Vimeo video.
Recommended images may include:
Product photos
Business or service logos
Classroom or learning environments
Images should be JPG or PNG files, at least 1200 × 800 pixels, and less than 5 MB. Square images of 1200 × 1200 pixels are recommended when available.
Submit Your Offering for Review
Review your offering information for accuracy, then select Submit.
Your offering will enter the review process. Once approved, it will appear in the Odyssey Marketplace.
