This article is intended to provide Missouri families with additional guidance on funding.
Funding and award determinations are made by the Educational Assistance Organization (EAO). Once the student is determined approved for the program, the EAO decides whether the student will be funded with the General Revenue (GR) fund and/or the EAO fund. The EAO also determines the student funding amount. Some EAOs may apply the same funding amount to all students, while others fund only up to the student’s corresponding tuition amount.
