This article is intended for Missouri families participating in the MOScholars Program.
Participation in the MOScholars Program requires families to follow certain program requirements to maintain eligibility and remain in good standing.
Educational Requirements
Parents must ensure that the qualified student:
- Enrolls in a qualified school
- Receives instruction in the following subjects:
- English Language Arts
- Mathematics
- Social Studies
- Science
Use of MOScholars Funds
Parents must use account funds only for approved educational expenses.
Testing Requirements
Parents must ensure that the qualified student takes:
- State achievement tests; or
- Nationally norm-referenced tests that measure learning gains in mathematics and English language arts for the student's grade level
Program Compliance
Parents must comply with all MOScholars Program requirements.
