Eligible Educational Expenses
Funds deposited into a qualified student's MOScholars account may be used for the following expenses.

| Tuition and School Fees | Tuition or fees at a qualified school; Tuition or fees for a private virtual school |
| Curriculum and Instructional Materials | Textbooks required by a qualified school; Curriculum |
| Educational Services | Educational therapies or services from a licensed or accredited practitioner or provider, including licensed or accredited paraprofessionals or educational aides; Tutoring services |
| Testing and Assessments | Fees for a nationally standardized norm-referenced achievement test; Advanced Placement (AP) examinations; International Baccalaureate (IB) examinations; Examinations related to college or university admission |
| Public School Services | Services provided by a public school, including individual classes and extracurricular programs |
| Technology | Computer hardware or other technological devices that are used to help meet the qualified student's educational needs and that are approved by an Educational Assistance Organization (EAO) |
| Summer and After-School Programs | Fees for summer education programs; Fees for specialized after-school education programs |
| Transportation | Transportation costs for mileage to and from a qualified school |
| Account Management | Fees for management of the MOScholars account by firms selected by the Educational Assistance Organization (EAO) |
Using MOScholars Funds Through Odyssey
Important: All purchases and tuition payments are completed through the Odyssey platform.
Families should ensure that purchases align with approved MOScholars expense categories before submitting transactions.
Ineligible Expenses
Funds deposited into a qualified student's MOScholars account may not be used for the following expenses.

| Tuition at a private school located outside the State of Missouri |
| Payments or reimbursements to any person related within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity to a qualified student |
