Hello Utah Parents,
Now that Odyssey has officially taken over the administration of the Utah Fits All Scholarship (UFA), we want to thank you for your patience and trust during this period of transition. We are committed to building a strong foundation for this program and ensuring that each step forward is thoughtful, accurate, and centered on supporting the families, schools and providers that this program serves.
UFA Updates:
- Student Portfolio Submissions: We understand that ACE’s upload portal was removed prior to the May 31 deadline, and that some families may not have had the opportunity to complete portfolio submissions before the recent transition. If you were impacted, there will be an opportunity to address this. We recommend holding onto any related documents for now, and we’ll share more information at a later date as to how families can proceed with uploading their portfolio.
- Application Status for Returning and New Students: Application processing, identity verification and eligibility determinations for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year were not completed prior to the recent transition. Our initial review of the data transferred from the previous vendor ACE indicates that it is not currently sufficient to move forward with eligibility decisions. Odyssey is continuing to evaluate the information received and will follow up next week with guidance.
- Existing UFA Students’ Balances: Odyssey has received transaction data from ACE and ClassWallet that details families currently participating in the program. At this time, we are reconciling all transactions to ensure the balances are accurate. We kindly ask for your patience as we reconcile these records.

Odyssey’s top priority during this transition period is to ensure accuracy and accountability in the management of program funds. To do this responsibly, we need to first confirm and verify all information provided to us before we can issue eligibility determinations or transfer balances. We are fully committed to supporting your student and appreciate your continued patience as we work through this process. In return, we promise to remain transparent and communicative every step of the way.
