If My Kindergartener is Eligible for an ESA for the 2025-26 School Year, will a Payment be Received in the ESA Again the Following Year When My Child is in First Grade?

Beginning with the 2025–26 school year, and for each year after, all Iowa resident K–12 students are eligible for the ESA program, regardless of household income. As long as you continue to reside in Iowa, your student will be eligible again the following year.
