Odyssey uses Stripe to send payments to vendors and service providers for fulfilled Marketplace orders.
Before you can receive payments, your Stripe account must be connected to Odyssey. How to Set Up Stripe for Marketplace Payments
When Is Payment Processed?
Payment begins after an order has been fulfilled in the Odyssey Vendor Portal.
For product orders, fulfillment includes shipping the order and adding the required tracking information.
For service orders, fulfillment occurs after the service has been provided and the required confirmation information has been entered.
⚠️ Important: Do not mark a service as fulfilled before the service has been provided.

When Will I Receive My Payment?
Once an order is fulfilled, payment is processed through Stripe.
The timing of the deposit into your bank account depends on Stripe's processing timeline.
💡 Note: Your Stripe account must be fully set up and connected to Odyssey before you can receive payments.
