Reset Your Password
Go to the Odyssey sign-in page.
Select Forgot your password? below the Login button.
3. On the Password Reset page, enter the email address or username associated with your Odyssey account.
4. Select Reset password.
After submitting your request, you will see a message confirming that a password reset link will be sent if an account matching the information you entered exists.
Check your email for the password reset message from Odyssey and select the link.
Follow the instructions to create your new password. Return to the Odyssey sign-in page and log in with your new password.
⚠️Important: The password reset link expires after 1 hour. If your link expires, return to the sign-in page and request a new password reset.
Didn't Receive the Password Reset Email?
If you don't see the email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the email address or username associated with your Odyssey account.
Wait a few minutes before requesting another password reset.
For security, the Password Reset page displays the same confirmation message whether or not an account matching the information entered exists.
