How to Shop in the Odyssey Marketplace

Marketplace eligibility and spending requirements vary by program. Before placing an order, review your program's guidance to make sure the product or service is eligible and meets any applicable spending limits or restrictions.

You can find these requirements in your program's Help Center collection.

Log in to your Odyssey Parent Portal and go to your student’s Wallet.

From the Wallet, select Shop Marketplace.

This will take you to the Odyssey Marketplace.

When the Marketplace opens, you will be on the Shop page.

You can find products and services by:

Select an item to learn more about it.

Select a product or service to open its details page. Before purchasing, review the information provided, including the description, return and cancellation policy, and shipping information.

Some products may also have purchase restrictions. If a restriction applies, a notice will appear on the product page.

When you’re ready to continue, select Add to Cart.

After adding the item, open your Cart.

Use the Student dropdown to select the student you are purchasing the item for. The student’s available balance is displayed next to their name.

Review the item, quantity, and total. You can also adjust the quantity or remove the item from your cart if needed.

When everything is correct, select Checkout.

On the Checkout page, review your Delivery Address and Order Summary.

If you need to use a different delivery address, select Change Address and update it before continuing.

Review the total cost of your order. When all information is correct, select Complete Purchase.

Select FAQ at the top of the Marketplace if you need additional information while shopping.
