How to Claim Your MOScholars School Account and Complete Your Registration

Step-by-step guide for approved MOScholars schools to claim their Odyssey account, complete school registration, and set up their bank account for scholarship payments.

Step 1: Access Your School Registration Portal

Once your school has been invited to participate in MOScholars, Odyssey will send a registration email to your school's email address. The email includes a Register & Set Up Password button. Click it, create your password, and log in.

Step 2: Start Registration

After logging in, your dashboard will display two required registration steps: School Application and Bank Account Setup. Click Start Registration to begin.

Step 3: Complete Your School Registration

  • Enter Contact Information: Primary contact name, email, phone, and title.

  • Verify School Information: Address, county, website, grade levels served, and accreditation status.

  • Upload Required Documents: Tuition Disclosure (required for all schools), Articles of Incorporation in Missouri (if applicable), and Proof of accreditation (if applicable). Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG.

Step 4: Review and Sign School Acknowledgements

Carefully review each acknowledgement covering operating in Missouri, compliance with state and federal laws, non-discrimination, background checks, student data protection, proper fund use, pricing compliance, and agreement not to refund scholarship funds in prohibited ways. Check each box, enter your full name and title, provide your digital signature, and click Submit.

Step 5: Complete Bank Account Setup

After submitting your School Application, select Enter Banking Information to set up your school's Stripe account for scholarship payments. Your school's registration is not complete until both steps are done. You will not receive MOScholars payments until banking information is successfully connected.

📌After registration is completed, you can add additional users to help manage your school's Odyssey portal.
