Missouri schools that wish to participate in the MOScholars School Platform must submit the following documents during registration.
1. Tuition Disclosure (Required for All Schools)
A Tuition Disclosure outlines the tuition costs and any additional fees parents may be required to pay during the school year. Odyssey uses this document to ensure tuition amounts set on the platform are consistent with the school's actual published rates. Schools may submit a screenshot of their tuition or pricing page, an enrollment agreement, or a published fee schedule. Schools are only required to disclose base tuition rates — separate scholarships or financial aid do not need to be reflected.
2. Articles of Incorporation in Missouri (if applicable)
Legal documents establishing the formation of a corporation. Only required if the school is incorporated in Missouri.
3. Proof of Accreditation (if applicable)
Documentation confirming the school meets standards set by an accrediting organization. This upload is optional and only applies to accredited schools.
