To apply to become an Education Service Provider (ESP) for the Wyoming ESA Program:

  • Schools and Pre-K childcare facilities charging tuition and fees: Email [email protected] to obtain a custom registration link.

  • All other education service providers and vendors: Apply online at wyoming-vendors.withodyssey.com/login/
