This article helps vendors and service providers complete their application to participate in the Wyoming ESA Marketplace.
Create a Service Provider Account or Login
Navigate to the application website at wyoming-vendors.withodyssey.com/registration/ and create a service provider account by providing: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password (must include at least one lowercase letter, capital letter, and number).
If you already have an account, click [Login instead] and enter your credentials.
Start the Application
After registering, you will be directed to your Odyssey Vendor Account homescreen. Hover over [eligible education expense categories] to determine if your services or products qualify. If eligible, click [Start Application].
Enter Primary Contact Information
Provide the contact details of your primary representative. This information will only be accessible to Odyssey for communication purposes.
Provide Vendor Organization Information
Provide your business details — this will be visible to parents in the Marketplace. Select your type of service provider from the dropdown (hover over each option to view its definition). Once you select a type, the form updates with required documents specific to your provider type.
Enter Vendor Contact & Support Preferences
Enter business contact details that will be displayed to parents in the Marketplace. Write a brief description of your business and services to attract potential customers.
Provide Additional Vendor Information
Provide additional information specific to your service provider type. Upload current certifications, licenses, or specialized training. Answer the required questions from the dropdowns, and check the attestation box to confirm understanding. Click [Next] when done. You can click [Save & Exit] at any time to save progress and return later.
Review Vendor Acknowledgements
Carefully read and check each service provider attestation. This is a required step.
Submit the Application
Check all attestations, electronically sign the application, and click [Submit]. Your application will be reviewed by the Odyssey team and you will be notified of its status.
