Income verification applies only to Pre-K applicants in the Wyoming ESA Program.
Your household size is used to determine whether your family meets the income threshold (at or below 250% of the federal poverty level) for the Wyoming ESA Pre-K program.
Who Counts as Part of Your Household?
Household size is generally determined by counting the following individuals who live together in the same home:
The parent or guardian applying for the program
The parent's or guardian's spouse or domestic partner (if applicable)
All dependent children under age 18 living in the home
Any other individuals who are claimed as dependents on the household's federal tax return
How Is Income Calculated?
Income eligibility is based on the household's Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) before taxes or deductions, using the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services federal poverty guidelines.
