Reimbursement Eligibility for Waitlisted Students Who Receive Funding

The Utah Fits All (UFA) Scholarship Program is governed by Utah Code §53F-6-402. Under this statute, scholarship funds may only be used for 'scholarship expenses' incurred while a student is an active scholarship participant and not enrolled in a public school.

Waitlisted students become eligible to make reimbursable purchases only after their scholarship status changes from 'waitlisted' to 'funded.'
