Yes, if the school is an approved provider under the UFA program.
UFA funds cover education-related expenses only (§53F-6-402(7)). The program also covers transportation (§53F-6-401).
The program does not cover travel costs, non-educational rehabilitation, or parent pay. Refer to the UFA Ineligible Expense Guide for the full list of excluded expenses.
