Will I be eligible if my AGI is above 400% of the Federal Poverty Line?

This article is intended to provide additional eligibility guidance to Georgia parents.

Unless there are more applicants than funding available, a family’s income will not factor into the prioritization of applicants for enrollment in the Fall Semester. Only applicants who have a household income level at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) will be considered for enrollment in the Spring Semester in accordance with the Promise Scholarship Act. This process is repeated each program year for each Fall and Spring application period.
