This article is intended to help vendors and service providers understand the requirements for joining the MOScholar Program's Odyssey Marketplace.
To become a vendor or service provider, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Operate as a US entity.
- Offer services and products that are eligible under the program's guidelines.
- Ensure you don’t receive payments or reimbursements to any person related within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity to a qualified student.
- Agree to not share, refund, or rebate any Missouri empowerment scholarship account funds with the parent or qualified student in any manner.
In addition to meeting these general requirements, you must select the appropriate type of service provider and submit the corresponding documentation. Below is an outline of each category and the necessary documents.
