Accessing the Marketplace
- Log in to your Odyssey Parent Portal.
- From your dashboard, select a student with available funds or navigate directly to the Wallet.
- In the Wallet, click Shop Marketplace.
Browsing the Marketplace
- Browse offerings using the main categories in the header or side menu.
- Select a category to view available products and services.
- Review any program-specific purchasing guidelines, eligible expense requirements, spending limits, or purchase restrictions before placing an order.
Purchasing a Product or Service
- When you find an item or service you would like to purchase, click Add to Cart or select the offering to view additional details.
- On the offering page, you can review:
- Product or service details
- Vendor information
- Return and cancellation policies
- Shipping information (if applicable)
- Click Add to Cart.
- The shopping cart will appear on the right side of the screen.
- Assign each item to the appropriate student by selecting the student from the dropdown menu.
- You may add multiple items to your order and assign them to different students if eligible.
- When you are ready to proceed, click Checkout.
Reviewing and Submitting Your Order
- Verify that your shipping address is correct.
- The default address is typically pulled from your household information on file.
- If additional addresses are available, select the appropriate address during checkout.
- Contact Odyssey Support if you need assistance updating your address information.
- Review your order details carefully.
- Once you have confirmed all information is correct, click Submit Order.
Checking Your Order Status
Email Notifications
You will receive email notifications when:
- Your order is submitted
- A product ships
- Tracking information becomes available
- A service order is confirmed or fulfilled by the provider
Marketplace Order History
- Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Marketplace.
- Select Orders.
- A list of your orders will appear.
- Select View Order Details to review additional information about a specific order.
- For shipped items, tracking information will be displayed within the order details when available.
