If the vendor you placed an order from has proof that the package was delivered, then you will need to file a report with the carrier that it was not received. Since it is shown as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to assist further.

Please be advised that Odyssey is not responsible for any items that may be stolen after delivery. To ensure the safe receipt of your order, please make sure that someone is available to receive the item at the time of delivery. If your item is stolen, you will need to file a claim with the carrier and report the theft to the police. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with such matters.
