Register Your School for the Florida Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES-EO & FES-UA)

Before You Begin

Review these important requirements before starting:

Important: School registration is by invitation only. If your school has not received an invitation or needs access to the registration portal, contact Odyssey Support.

• Confirm that the program year is set to 2026–2027.
• Schools participating in both FES-EO and FES-UA must complete a separate registration for each program.
• The person completing the registration must be authorized to sign on behalf of the school.
• School information is based on records received from the Florida Department of Education. Odyssey Support cannot update this information unless corrected information is received from the Florida Department of Education.

Step 1: Sign In to the Odyssey School Portal

Enter your username or email address and password, then select Login.

If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot your password? and follow the instructions to reset it.

Step 2: Confirm the Program and School Year

After signing in, you will arrive at your school dashboard.

Use the selections in the upper-right corner to confirm:

• The scholarship program is set to FES-EO or FES-UA.
• The program year is set to 2026–2027.

Your school card will show the status of the following setup requirements:

• School Application
• Bank Account Setup

To begin the school application, select Start Registration.

Important: Registering for one scholarship program does not register your school for the other. If your school plans to participate in both FES-EO and FES-UA, you must switch programs and complete the registration process separately for each one.

Step 3: Review Your Contact Information

The first page of the registration includes the school's primary contact information.

Review the following fields:

• Contact first and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Contact title

After registration is complete, additional users may be added to help manage the school portal.

Update the contact information as needed before continuing.

Step 4: Verify Your School Information

Review the school information shown in the registration, including:

• School name
• Address
• School code
• Minimum and maximum grade levels
• Current program participation information

The school information displayed is based on information received from the Florida Department of Education.

Important: If any school details are incorrect, ensure the information is corrected with the Florida Department of Education. Odyssey Support cannot update these details unless revised information is received from the department.

Once you have confirmed that the information is accurate, select the checkbox next to:

The address and details listed above are correct.

Then select Next.

You may select Save & Exit to save your progress and return later.

Step 5: Complete the School Acknowledgements

On Step 2 of the registration, carefully read each school acknowledgement.

Select each checkbox to confirm that your school understands and agrees to the applicable requirements. These acknowledgements include confirming that:

• The school complies with applicable Florida laws and administrative rules.
• The school is physically located in Florida.
• Scholarship funds will not be rebated, refunded, or shared with a parent, guardian, or student.
• School representatives will not improperly access or control a parent's scholarship account or funds.
• The school understands that it may become ineligible if it no longer meets participation requirements.
• The information in the registration is true and complete.
• The person submitting the registration is authorized to sign on behalf of the school.

All required acknowledgements must be selected before the registration can be submitted.

Step 6: Sign and Submit the Registration

After completing the acknowledgements:

1. Enter your full name.
2. Enter your title.
3. Add your digital signature.
4. Select Submit.

You may also select:

• Previous to return to the school information page.
• Save & Exit to save your progress without submitting.

Register for the Other Scholarship Program

If your school plans to participate in both FES-EO and FES-UA:

1. Return to the school dashboard.
2. Open the scholarship program selector in the upper-right corner.
3. Select the other scholarship program.
4. Confirm that the year is set to 2026–2027.
5. Select Start Registration and complete the registration again.

Each program requires its own school registration.

Complete Bank Account Setup

The school dashboard also displays a separate Bank Account Setup requirement.

School registration and bank account setup are separate tasks. Follow the bank account setup prompts in the portal to complete the school's payment configuration.
