How to Claim Your School Account
Once your school has been approved to participate in the Florida scholarship program, Odyssey will send an invitation email to the primary school contact. Follow the instructions in the email to create your password and access your school account.

Required Documents for School Registration
Schools will be asked to provide their Florida Department of Education School Code and school contact details.
How to Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password:
- Go to the login page
- Select “Forgot Password”
- Follow the instructions sent to your email address
If you no longer have access to your email, contact Odyssey Support for assistance.
Who can access my school's account?
Primary account owners may add additional school staff to help manage enrollments, tuition, or payments.
Schools should only provide account access to authorized staff members.
