This article is intended for schools that have been approved to participate in the MOScholars Program and need to complete their school registration in Odyssey.
Step 1: Access Your School Registration Portal
Once your school has been invited to participate in MOScholars, Odyssey will send a registration email to the email address associated with your school account.
The email will:
- Welcome your school to the MOScholars Scholarship Program.
- Provide your username (the email address that received the invitation).
- Include a Register & Set Up Password button.
- Outline the steps required to complete your registration.
To begin, click Register & Set Up Password, create your password, and log in to the portal.
Step 2: Start Registration
After logging in, you will be taken to your MOScholars registration dashboard.
Your dashboard will display two required registration steps:
- School Application – Complete your school's registration application.
- Bank Account Setup – Connect your school's bank account for scholarship payments.
To begin, click Start Registration.
Step 3: Complete Your School Registration
After selecting Start Registration, you will be taken to the School Registration page.
Enter Contact Information
Provide the primary point of contact for your school, including:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Contact Title
This individual will serve as the primary contact for your school's MOScholars participation.
Verify School Information
Review the school information displayed on the page and verify that it is accurate.
You may be asked to confirm or provide:
- School address information
- County of School
- School website
- Educational setting
- Days of instruction per week
- Minimum and maximum grade levels served
- Accreditation status
If any pre-populated information is incorrect, please contact Odyssey Support before proceeding.
Upload Required Documents
Depending on your school's registration requirements, you may be asked to upload documentation, including:

| Articles of Incorporation in Missouri | Documentation showing the school is incorporated in Missouri, if applicable. |
| Tuition Disclosure | A document detailing tuition costs and any additional fees parents may be required to pay during the school year. |
Accepted file formats include:
- JPG
- JPEG
- PNG
Additional Users
After registration has been completed, you will have the ability to add additional users to help manage your school's Odyssey portal.
Once all required information and documents have been provided, select Next to continue.
Step 4: Review and Sign School Acknowledgements
After completing the School Registration section, you will be asked to review and acknowledge the MOScholars Program requirements.
Carefully review each acknowledgement and confirm that your school meets all applicable program requirements.
These acknowledgements include, but are not limited to:
- Operating and conducting instruction in Missouri
- Compliance with applicable state and federal laws
- Compliance with non-discrimination requirements
- Completion of required background checks and fingerprinting requirements
- Protection of student and financial information
- Proper use of MOScholars funds
- Compliance with program pricing requirements
- Agreement not to refund, rebate, or share scholarship funds in prohibited ways
- Maintaining eligibility requirements for participation
- Accuracy of the information submitted during registration
Complete the Signature Section
After reviewing the acknowledgements:
- Check each required acknowledgement box.
- Enter your full name.
- Enter your title.
- Provide your digital signature.
- Select Submit.
Important
By signing and submitting this section, you certify that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to complete registration on behalf of the school.
Step 5: Complete Bank Account Setup
After submitting your School Application and acknowledgements, you will be returned to the registration dashboard.
At this point:
- The School Application section should display a status of Complete.
- The Bank Account Setup section will remain Pending until your banking information has been entered.
To continue, select Enter Banking Information.
Important
Your school's registration is not complete until both the School Application and Bank Account Setup sections have been completed.
You will not be able to receive MOScholars payments until your banking information has been successfully connected.
