Overview
Approved private schools participating in the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program are required to report attendance and graduation information for scholarship students.
The Odyssey platform allows schools to submit and update this information throughout the school year.
Accessing Attendance Reporting
To begin:
- Log in to the Odyssey School Portal.
- Verify that the correct program year is selected.
- Use the program year dropdown located in the upper-right corner of the screen if you need to switch years.
- Select Attendance Reporting from the left navigation menu.
The Attendance Reporting page displays all participating students enrolled at your school.
Finding Students
If needed, use the available filters to locate specific students before entering attendance information.
Once you are ready to begin reporting:
- Select Edit Attendance Information in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Begin entering attendance information for each student.
Entering Attendance Information
For each student, enter:
- Enrollment Start Date
- Enrollment End Date
- Number of Days Absent while enrolled at your school
Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting.
Graduation Reporting
Schools must indicate whether the student graduated high school with a diploma during the current program year.

| No | The student did not graduate high school with a diploma during the current program year. |
| N/A (Not Applicable) | The student was not in their final year of high school during the current program year. |
Dual Enrollment Reporting
Schools must report the student's dual enrollment status for the current program year.

| Yes, they participated but did not successfully complete the program | The student participated in a dual enrollment program but did not successfully complete the program during the current program year. |
| No, the student did not participate in a dual-enrollment program | The student did not participate in any dual enrollment program during the current program year. |
Be sure to select the option that most accurately reflects the student's participation and completion status before saving your updates.
Saving and Confirming Updates
After entering all required information:
- Review your entries for accuracy.
- Select Save.
- Confirm that all student information has been updated correctly.
- Select Confirm and Update to submit the information.
Your attendance reporting information will then be updated within the Odyssey platform.
Making Changes After Submission
If you need to revise attendance information after submission:
- Return to the Attendance Reporting page.
- Select Edit Attendance Information.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Save and confirm your updates again.
Schools may update attendance information as needed throughout the reporting period.
