This article is intended for participating schools that need to upload test results for students. Submitting test assessment results helps students fulfill their annual testing requirements. Test assessments may be submitted by either the school or the parent/guardian.

Before You Begin
Before uploading a test assessment, make sure:
- You have access to the Odyssey School Portal.
- You have selected the correct program year.
- You have a copy of the student's test results available for upload.
- The test is approved by your program.
- The information entered during submission matches the uploaded test documentation.
Accessing Test Assessments
- Log in to the Odyssey School Portal using your username and password.
- Select the appropriate program year.
- Click the Test Assessments icon in the left navigation menu.
- Use the filters or search bar to locate a specific student if needed.
The Test Assessment Status column shows whether a test assessment is still required or has already been completed.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Required | A test assessment still needs to be submitted. |
| Completed | A test assessment has been submitted. |
Uploading a Test Assessment
- Locate the student and click Upload Test.
- Select the approved test that the student completed.
- Enter the required testing information.
- Upload the student's test documentation.
- Verify that all information entered matches the uploaded test report.
- Click Confirm to submit the assessment.
Important: Ensure that the information entered during submission matches the information shown on the uploaded test documentation.
Verifying a Successful Submission
After the assessment is submitted:
- The student's Test Assessment Status will update to Completed.
- Expand the student's record to view the submitted assessment.
Viewing, Editing, or Deleting Submitted Tests
For assessments submitted by your school, you can:
- View the test details
- Edit the submission
- Delete the submission
- Submit additional tests for the same student if applicable
Parent-Submitted Tests
Parents may also submit test assessments on behalf of their students.
If a parent has already submitted a test assessment:
- You can view the submitted assessment.
- You cannot edit the assessment.
- You cannot remove the assessment.
Only the party that submitted the assessment can modify or remove it.
