No. If your Odyssey account shows your enrollment request as Confirmed or Verified, it does not mean you’ve been approved for the LA GATOR Scholarship Program. Approval for the program is a separate process.
The number of students approved and funded depends on the final allocation provided by the state, and selection is based on the program’s prioritization guidelines.
If you are approved for the LA GATOR Scholarship Program, you will receive an email notification. Your student’s profile will also display “Approved – Awaiting Opt-In”, and once you complete the opt-in process, the status will update to “Approved.” For additional information on opting in, please refer to this article.
