This article is intended for schools or vendors interested in applying to become a Wyoming ESA Program Educational Service Provider (ESP)
ESPs are given the freedom to provide instruction and services in their usual and customary manner to meet the needs of ESA students. The ESA program does not expand authority to any state agency or school district to impose additional regulation beyond what is necessary to enforce the requirements of the ESA program.
An ESP is not required to alter its creed, practices, admission policy, or curriculum to accept payments authorized by a parent of an ESA student. However, ESA students must receive instruction in reading, writing, math, civics (U.S. Constitution, Wyoming Constitution), history, literature, and science.
