When attempting to upload a CSV vendors needs to make sure they are using the proper template for the upload. An upload CVS and an update CSV are different things.
To access the CSV and upload your service offerings, you must go to the Offerings Tab found in your Vendor Account. There, you'll be able to download the CSV Template and the Variants Template. You'll then be able to upload it.
To edit your service offerings, you can use the update CSV found in the Inventory Tab of your Vendor Account. This will allow you to make any necessary changes.
