Enrollment Management (FES)

How FES schools review student applications, confirm enrollments, set tuition, handle bulk uploads, and manage waitlists.

How to Review Student Applications

A student will appear in your portal after: the parent selects your school, the student receives a FES award notification, and the parent Opts In to the FES program. Once these steps are complete, the student will move to an Approved status and appear in your dashboard.

How to Confirm Student Enrollments

  1. Log in to your Odyssey School Portal.

  2. Go to the Student Enrollment and Fees tab.

  3. Filter by Enrollment Verification Pending.

  4. Select the student.

  5. Click Verify Enrollment.

  6. Select Confirm.

  7. If a parent selected your school by mistake, choose Deny so the parent can select a different school.

Why Can't I See a Student in My Portal?

If you cannot see a student, the parent may not have completed all required steps yet. Parents must: select your school and opt in through their parent portal. Schools cannot confirm enrollment until the student is visible.

What Happens After Parent Selection?

After enrollment is verified, schools must enter annual tuition and fees. Only enter known annual fees. Once submitted, the student status changes to Pending Tuition Confirmation. The parent must review and confirm the tuition and fees before payment can be sent.

What Happens if a Parent Disagrees with the Tuition Amount?

Parents can confirm or deny the tuition and fees. If the parent denies the amount, the school may update and resubmit.

Can Schools Upload Enrollments and Tuition in Bulk?

Yes. Schools with large numbers of students may upload enrollment and tuition information using CSV files available in the top right corner of the school portal.

Waitlists & Seat Capacity

Schools may manage their own admissions process, including waitlists and seat availability. If no seats are available, schools may choose to deny enrollment requests according to their school policies.
