Vendors can hide offerings they no longer want displayed on the marketplace. Hiding an offering removes it from your active listings and automatically sets its stock to zero.
How to Hide an Offering
- Log in to the Vendor Portal and select the Offerings tab.
- Select the offering you want to hide.
- Select Hide Offering on the right side of the page.
- A confirmation message will appear explaining that the offering will be removed from your active listings and its stock will be set to zero.
- Select OK to confirm.
The offering will be moved to the Hidden tab on the Offerings page.
What Happens When I Hide an Offering?
When an offering is hidden:
- It is removed from your active listings.
- Its stock is automatically set to zero.
- It can be found under the Hidden tab.
- You can still view its details, but the offering cannot be edited while hidden.
How to Unhide an Offering
- Go to the Offerings tab in the Vendor Portal.
- Select the Hidden tab.
- Select the offering you want to unhide.
- Select Unhide Offering on the right side of the page.
Important
Unhiding an offering does not restore its previous stock amount. Its stock will remain at zero.
If you want the offering to appear on the marketplace, update its stock after unhiding it. If the offering is approved, it can appear on the marketplace once stock is available.
