This article is intended for Georgia Promise families who need to submit test assessment results for their students. Submitting test assessments helps students fulfill the annual testing requirement for the Georgia Promise Scholarship. Test assessments may be submitted by either the parent/guardian or the participating school.

Before You Begin
Before uploading a test assessment, make sure:
- You have access to the Odyssey Parent Portal.
- You have selected the correct program year.
- You have a copy of your student's test results available for upload.
- The test is approved by GESA.
- The information entered during submission matches the information shown on the uploaded test report.
Note: All Georgia Promise Scholarship students must take and submit a nationally norm-referenced test approved by GESA or a statewide assessment. This requirement applies to all scholarship participants regardless of their educational setting.
Accessing Student Test Assessments
- Log in to the Odyssey Parent Portal using your username and password.
- Select the appropriate program year.
- Select the student profile from the left-hand menu.
- If you have multiple students in your household, select the student whose test assessment you would like to submit.
- Scroll to the bottom of the student's profile and click Upload Test Results.
Uploading a Test Assessment
- Click Upload Test Results.
- Select the GESA-approved test your student completed.
- Based on the test selected, additional fields will appear for you to enter the student's results.
- Upload the student's test documentation.
- Verify that all information entered matches the uploaded test report.
- Click Confirm to submit the test assessment.
Important: The values entered must match the results shown in the uploaded test documentation.
Verifying a Successful Submission
After the test assessment is submitted:
- The submitted test will appear at the bottom of the student's profile.
- Click the submitted test to view the information entered during submission.
Viewing or Editing Submitted Tests
For test assessments that you submitted, you may:
- View the test details
- Edit the submitted information if changes are needed
- Submit additional tests for the same student, if applicable
Parents may submit multiple tests for each student.
If you have multiple students in your household, test assessments must be submitted separately for each student.
Viewing School-Submitted Tests
Participating schools may also submit test assessments on behalf of students.
If a school has submitted a test assessment for your student:
- You can view the submitted test.
- You cannot edit the test.
- You cannot remove the test.
Only the party that submitted the test assessment can modify or remove it.
