How to Select the School Your Child Will Attend

This article is for GA Promise Scholarship families to understand how to select the private school their student(s) will be attending. 

Once you have completed your application, you will be redirected to your Odyssey home screen where you will see your latest application status. If your status is "eligible" or "under review", you can select the school your student(s) will attend. 

1. Click 'Select School'

Please note, you will see the 'Select School' option under each student you applied for. 

2. Click 'Select School' under Name of School to choose your student's school of choice from the dropdown. Please note that if you select "Home study" or "Other Educational Support", that you will only be able to use program funds for approved expenses on the marketplace, and will not be able to send tuition to an approved private school.

3. Once done, click 'Submit'.

*If applicable repeat for all students.
