Completing School Confirmation and Banking Setup are two separate processes within a school's Odyssey account that need to be completed in order to complete registration and be ready to accept funding.
Please note:
- Individual log-in credentials are emailed to the Primary Point of Contact listed for each school on the Iowa Department of Education's list of Iowa Accredited Nonpublic Schools.
- If the same Primary Point of Contact is listed for multiple schools, all schools will be listed within the same dashboard interface to be completed individually.
- If any information is incorrect on the School Registration, please contact the Iowa Department of Education to update.

School Confirmation Tutorial
- Visit the website provided and enter the log-in credentials provided. Click "Submit" when ready to log in.
2. Once logged in, click the "Start Registration" button.
3. The Primary Point of Contact at each school is to review what is on file with the Iowa Department of Education and confirm that the information is correct.
Note: If the information shown is not correct, contact the Iowa Department of Education to update.
4. Review the final portion of information on file and click the checkbox next to the statement "The address and details listed above are correct" if the information is correct.
5. Once all information is confirmed as correct, proceed by clicking the "Next" button.
6. Review all School Acknowledgement statements and click each checkbox to confirm your understanding.
7. Review and confirm each statement by clicking the checkbox. Next, use your mouse or trackpad to sign in the "Digital Signature" box.
8. Finally, click the "Submit" button when the registration is complete.
9. Your registration status will update to "Submitted" in your account.
Banking Setup Tutorial
You will now proceed to complete the "Bank Account Setup" portion of the account.
1. Click "Continue Banking Application" button
2. Input all Stripe On-boarding information. Once completed click the checkbox next to the statement "On behalf of the school, I verify that the details listed above are correct". Then click "Submit."
Stripe is the payment processor that Odyssey utilizes.
3. You will then be taken to a Stripe landing page to complete your banking setup, start by inputting your email and click "Continue".
4. Enter a password and click "Continue" to create a Stripe account.
5. Enter a MOBILE number and click "Send text"
6. Enter the code that the mobile number received
7. Once the account has been secured. Click "Download code" in order to save a document with the backup code. Click "Next" to proceed.
8. Select the Business Location and Type of Business, then click "Continue" to proceed.
9. Once you select Type of Business, another drop-down will appear to specify. Please select the correct one for your school then click "Continue" to proceed.
10. Input the business and banking information. When completed you can submit, then click the "Return to Odyssey" button on the lefthand side to return to your Odyssey dashboard.
11. When both the registration confirmation and bank account setup are completed, your status will update to "Completed."
