All edits and changes need to be reviewed by Odyssey before they are displayed on the Marketplace. To update your profile or add a new service offering, please follow these steps:
- Contact email@example.com to let our team know you want to make changes to your account. Please explain what updates you will be making!
- An Odyssey representative will update your account from Approved to Changes Requested. This allows you to log into your vendor profile and make the updates. Once you are finished, please save and submit your profile. This will temporarily put your account back into Ready for Review.
- Follow up via email and let the Odyssey representative know you have submitted your changes and they are ready to be reviewed.
- The Odyssey team will review all changes made and put your account back into the Approved Status. Please note, if your changes do not comply with program guidelines our team will reach out to let you know we have removed them and see if there are additional updates you want to make.
Once your account goes back into Approved, there is no further action needed on your end! Your updated/new service offerings will now be visible in the Odyssey Marketplace.
