This article is intended to help Louisiana vendors and service providers understand the requirements for joining the GATOR Program's Odyssey Marketplace.
To become a Vendor in the GATOR Program's Odyssey Marketplace, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a valid Articles of Incorporation or LLC document
- Ensure the company name matches the name on the LLC or Articles of Incorporation
- If it doesn't match, provide a DBA with the submitted name or submit a new application under the name on the license
- Ensure the company name matches the name on the LLC or Articles of Incorporation
- Tutoring and therapy service providers must have a valid individual license
- Teachers can provide valid teaching licenses from any state
- Interns are not allowed to lead therapy services for students in this program
- Specialty licenses and certifications are at the discretion of the state for approval
- Provide a Business Website
- Facebook pages are allowed
- Operate as a US entity
- Schools signing up to be vendors must offer core curriculum (math, English, science, etc.) and the necessary tests for a student to receive a state-weighted diploma in that course
- Offer services and products eligible under the program guidelines
Please note all vendors and their offerings will be reviewed by the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) and Odyssey to determine eligibility for the program.
