This article will assist customers with locating the ticket number so they can request a callback appointment as this is a required field.
If you need to speak with us directly, requesting a call is easy, but it requires a few key steps to ensure we can assist you effectively. Follow this guide to make your call request smoothly.
1. Create a Ticket First
Before you can request a call, you must first create a ticket. This can be done by either sending us an email (help@withodyssey.com) or through submitting a Request. Once your ticket is created, you will receive a unique ticket number. If you have already sent an email/request regarding the issue you can locate that ticker ID number on your profile.
2. Locate Your Ticket Number
You can find your ticket number by logging in here and going to the " View My Request" section. There, you can locate the number under the ID column. Please refer to the image below for guidance on where to find it.
3. Submit Your Ticket Number
When requesting a call, make sure you submit the correct ticket number and include detailed information about your inquiry. This helps us understand the context of your request and address your needs more effectively.
4. If You Don’t Have a Ticket
If you haven't yet submitted a request, you'll need to do so first. Click on the "Submit Request" button, which is located next to " View My Request" in the system. Select your state, provide a brief summary of your issue, and then you can request a call.
After you successfully create a ticket, you can schedule a call with any of our specialized teams by clicking the link below.
Important Notes
- Ticket Requirement: Any request for a call must include a valid ticket number. Requests without a ticket number, with incorrect ticket numbers, or lacking a description will be canceled.
By following these steps, you’ll help us provide you with the best possible support. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email
