If a product you ordered from an Odyssey vendor breaks, you can reach out to the vendor and see how they can help. Unfortunately, Odyssey can not replace the item as we work with third parties (the vendor) to fulfill your order. You may reach out to us to get the contact information for the vendor, or you can login to your Odyssey portal to retrieve their contact information under your transaction history. However, it is up to your vendor to assist you with a product that breaks.
