This article is meant for Idaho parents to explain how to approve their pending transactions within the marketplace.
All submitted transactions will undergo a review by an Odyssey Marketplace Staff Member. Please note that the review process may take up to 48 hours. If the order is deemed eligible, it will proceed for your approval. Requests will be marked as Pending until you accept or deny them.
To approve your Pending transaction, you must log in to the Odyssey Parent Portal. Once there, click on the [Wallet], and scroll down until you see the transaction.
If you click on the green checkmark next to it, you will approve it and, if you click on the red [x], you'll deny it. If approved, the vendor will receive the payment and finalize your order.
This message will appear at the top of your screen after successfully approving the transaction. Your transaction history will be viewable under Approved Transactions on your parent profile.
