This article is meant for Iowa parents to help troubleshoot when their usual name and password are giving them an error message.
When an error message appears after attempting login, you can clear your cache and cookies and restart google chrome browser. You can follow the following steps:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings .
- Click Privacy and security Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all site data and permissions Clear all data.
- To confirm, click Clear.
For other browsers, you should be able to navigate to your browser settings and view your privacy and security settings.
