When trying to send an enrollment request, there are some vendors in the Odyssey Marketplace that have the Request Enrollment button greyed out.
This could happen because of two reasons:
1. It means that the vendor has not connected their account to Stripe yet, which is a necessary step in creating and receiving transactions and payments within the Marketplace.
The Odyssey Team is continuing to contact these vendors in an effort to update their accounts. If they do not open up their accounts to receive enrollments after a certain amount of time, the vendor will be removed from the Odyssey Marketplace.
2. If a parent has previously requested enrollment with a vendor and completed a transaction with them, the button will no longer be available to them. This is because the parent is already enrolled with the vendor, there is no need to enroll with them again. If a parent would like to create an additional transaction with a vendor, they must contact the vendor directly so that a new transaction is created for them.
