Creating a Transaction is how vendors are able to begin the initial process of receiving funds from the parent digital wallet. Once a transaction is created and sent, it will go to Odyssey for approval. Once approved it will be sent to the parent and the parent will need to be approve the transaction before funds are released to the vendor.
Log into your vendor profile and click on the Customers section. Go to the Enrolled tab and expand the arrow on the right.
Review the information that was included in the Enrollment Request. Click Create Transaction.
Input the payment collection date and service amount in dollars. Click Send to create the transaction and send it to the parent.
Keep track of all transactions under the Transactions section.
