When a parent is ready to purchase vendor services, they will locate a vendor profile in the Odyssey Marketplace and click Request Enrollment. Once the request is submitted, an Enrollment Request will appear in the vendor account.
This can be found in the Customers tab under Enrollment Requests.
- These tabs will only appear on vendor accounts that have successfully signed up with Stripe and connected their bank accounts.
For additional details included in each Enrollment Request, click the arrow on the left to expand. After reviewing the request, you can either Confirm or Deny.
Once you Confirm or Deny, the Enrollment Request will be moved into the Enrolled or Rejected tab.
